most likely this friday, thats when the guy on reddit said he’d get an email for his acceptance.
is it possible to get in off the waitlist without a call…?
@crowningflowers They always call cell phone/counselor/home before emailing. And like @AznDude525 said, most likely calls are coming out tomorrow. Given the way Princeton selectively chose students, I doubt ORMs like me will get off Columbia’s waitlist … sigh.
Usually calls always come before the day of the email though…? And previous Columbia waitlist threads make it seem like they don’t call all that much and some people get accepted without them @grr2021
So tomorrow will be the first wave? Panicking… I doubt Columbia will call any international student tho. And I think they will release international students’ results in their first wave?
@HarryZ527 emails probably come out tomorrow for the first wave…not sure about calls. Is it a must to get a call before an email? Even if the call is tomorrow…?
eh, at this point i’ve already resigned my fate.
@crowningflowers I express similar sentiments to @AznDude525. Besides, there is nothing you can do—just wait until the email. Even if you don’t get in the first wave, there is a .0000000001% chance you get off that increasingly gets smaller until it is filled

Surprisingly, there’s been no update today. Even the video guy’s portal is not updated as far as I know. Hope took away my sleep. It’s 2.10 am here and I was hoping to receive some update but all in vain.
