Looks like Alex posted he wanted to do engineering in a previous thread. Damn. I applied SEAS and was really hoping to get in. Congrats to everyone who made it tho.

so does this mean that waitlist acceptances after this wave’s depends on how many ppl accepted today accept/decline their offer? starting to lose hope

@brownianmotion The reality of it is that it’s pretty arbitrary. I got waitlist at yale and princeton, and for the princeton one they didnt’ even read my LOCI. Don’t worry, life goes on.

@windowmuse In my LOCI, I wrote about how I founded an economics club at my school a couple months ago and how that ties into my interest for AI. I also wrote about how i joined my school’s varsity academic league team and how I’ve grown from that. I provided some updates about what I’ve done in my school’s robotics club. I also provided some updates about what I did at my internship and how I’m applying what I learned to develop an app.

Hi, my daughter is away this weekend. I haven’t gotten any word from her either way. Idk if this means she didn’t check her emails/portal, etc, or she hasn’t gotten any news. I don’t want to contact her and ruin her trip if it’s not positive news. I don’t have her passwords. Has everyone received word? Thanks!
