Just got accepted into LSA for Econ :DDDDD

I am a prospective transfer student, hopefully transferring Fall 2017. Did any of you attend WCC, or are you transferring to the Communication Studies program?

Just wanted to post this for people in future years that are looking at previous threads to get a feel for when they will find out whether or not they were admitted. I am applying to the CoE for winter semester, and have yet to hear back. The deadline for me to accept the offer was December 1st, however it is now December 3rd and I still do not know. Two weeks ago, I received an email asking for more information on one of my courses so that they could review it to see if the course transferred over. They told me that they could not finish my decision until reviewing the course, and that the course took 2-4 weeks to review. So for people applying to transfer in future years, don’t expect your decision very early. I anxiously waited all of November and I still have not found out. Your decision has to come before December 15th, but other than that, there really isn’t an “expected time frame” that you will find out.
@wolv13 The same thing is happening to me. I also applied to CoE and they also sent me mail s asking for course information. I still haven’t heard back.
@wolv13 @delab95 In a similar boat as you two. CoE (matsci) applicant that has been waiting oh so patiently… I’ve been talking back and forth with an assistant provost who has been investigating my conduct review (got in trouble when I was in my late teens), but he said I should be hearing back this week. Fingers crossed it’s today. On a side note, the two links (“view application data” and “view credentials”) have disappeared on my wolverine access page. I’m not sure if this is indicative of anything or not… Anyone else have this happen to them? I’ve already heard back from my other school choices, and I’m becoming more and more frustrated the longer UMich takes… a months time, seems to me, is barely enough to get housing and everything else in order.
@wolv13 Does that happen specifically to CoE applicants only? Or all applicants (LSA) in general?
For the people accepted: has anyone taken the online Spanish placement exam??? Could you please message me if you have? I’m having some technical difficulties. Thanks I appreciate it.
Hey just some info for anyone applying to the CoE, I applied around the 2nd week of august and I was accepted in the first week of October (~Oct 5 or 6 i think) so I don’t believe the delay is CoE specific. Good luck!

Received my acceptance on Dec. 9th to CoE matsci with a 3.6 gpa from schoolcraft. Good luck to anyone else still waiting!
