Official thread october sat 2013 test

831 for which question? @BoundForBoston you are right about 1680, 2830, and 4

The answer was a range. Pretty sure that .001 works.

Can some one please tell me which one of my critical reading sections was the experimental?

1) A girl going inside her African American neighbor’s house
2) Music vs. Technology
3) Pesticides vs. Crop yield
4) A women and her husband working in a remote fishery

LOL. sorry i apologize

1/.001 = 1000. 1000>100 is correct. It asked for a value x to give f(x) > 100. f(x) is the y value which is 1/x

fishery is experiemntal

@Dmoneycin

I didn’t get the fishery one.

@HBOUND I’m pretty sure that you were thinking too hard when answering the area comparison question. It didn’t say shaded region, so I’m pretty sure that it was referring to the entire circle.

But hey, if you think that you got a 2400, maybe you are right. I highly doubt it, but maybe

I guesss I just missed that one
Well thanks thanks bcabusiness kid

fishery was experimental

Woman and husband working in fishery was the experimental

which of the following point lies within the shaded region of the graph: (-1,0)
Anyone get this? I felt like it was too simple…

Wait, was the grid in circle one the ratio of the outer to the inner or the outer minus the inner?

Lalibjutab, I used NASA as my primary example.

Can u predict my score
writing -7 essay 10
math -6
critical (510-570)

I got (-1,0). I don’t think there was another way to look at it.

Outer to inner

Wait, what was the 2830 question for math again?

Does anyone remember the sentence completion question about someone who refuses to deviate from details (or something similar)? I put unshakable but now looking at the definition of punctilious I think punctilious is right. Also, for the man waking up and not remembering things, can someone explain why it would be disquiet to forbearance? Forbearance means holding back or refraining from action so I’m not sure how it would fit. I put apprehension to defiance.

@ junior high
I got (-1,0) too
