PSU BA/MD program?

lifebubble, maybe i can help you out with the MCAT question. When I went to visit they explained that they took the average of all your MCAT scores. So, if you don’t get a 27 the first time, the next time you take it they’ll average your section scores from each sitting.

Also, to my understanding, AP credits help greatly in reducing the workload for pre-med rquirements, so I do not believe that you would have to take a certain class over again fi you got an AP credit for it -but I’m not 100% sure.

Hope that helped a bit!

thanks simplypro. I guess you mean that if you get a 8 in a section in one sitting, but 10 in the same section in the next sitting, they will accept the average of 9 for that section; but they do need a 9 in each section and not just a total of 27. Do they allow 3 sittings? I wish someone could also tell how many students entering the 6-year program could not matriculate at Jefferson in 2 years because of too low GPA.

So I was looking at some of the programs but can’t find too much about this one (at least from the book i have). Do you guys think I have a shot?

Ooooo…

YTREWQ: I’m not in the program but based on what I’ve read and seen, you have a decent shot at getting an interview. ACT scores are good enough but the lower limit is 32 for this program, so your score might be borderline. Other than that you have a very good shot at an interview.

Where on the PSU on line application is the premed medical school application for seven year med? I have created the account and started the application, however I am unable to find the medical school application. Can someone from PSU sevenyear med program help me!!
Thanks!!

Iowa does it again to JoePa.
Iowa 21. Penn State 10.
No BCS championship this year either.
Those Hawkeyes, well, they’re just numbskulls.

To Gomez:

Michigan is 4-0! Hail to the Victors!

… but then they took a trip to East Lansing.

… and then they took a trip to Iowa City.

… and then JoePa visits The Big House and schools Rich Rod.

PennState 35
Michigan 10

… and then Illinois (with only one other win) beats Rich Rod.

And now the NCAA is starting their investigation regarding excessive practice/workout requirements. Yikes.

Ooo. Jim Tressel. The nemesis (and contributor to the demise) of Michigan’s Lloyd Carr. The infamous tie with scarlet (or gray) sweater vest. And the matching hair of gray. (Or is it a toupe?)

Pennsylvania home boy Terrelle comes back to his home state, playing to a hostile, 100000-plus, whited-out, Beaver Stadium crowd.

Time for JoePa and Daryll Clark to take the Buckeyes down!

That little twerp Tressel. Where was his cute sweater vest today?

OK. Ohio State plays Iowa next week, the 2 teams that beat JoePa this year. Who should win? I’m root-tootin’ for Iowa.

gomez ur so cool, if only i had a hobby as awesome as spamming college forums!

is the one page resume the one included in the penn state application or do you have to send it in yourself?

separate resume will need to be sent as well.

Chlorine 21

On the online application there is question that asks what major you are interested in and you need to select the PMM program. Once you do that the additional questions for the PMM program will come up for you to complete. Hope that makes sense. If you need additional help, let me know.

Lifebubble -

The program is competitive if you want it to be. Every year there are a few students who are only interested in the grades and wanting to be the best. Most of the rest of us work hard to maintain the required GPA but we are also very aware that we need to experience the college in 2 years when most people have 4 years so we try and do a lot of things to experience college life. If you need help, the people in the program are your best help as we all want every one to succeed. After all we have all got into the program already…
