My son received his box today,
outside of Boston! He will be quite
surprised and will be excited to make
a first visit to RAD in a few weeks.

@eebee88 what was your essay and stats if you don’t mind me asking?
@BlackMagic81 no its fine! 3.6 UW (4.3 W b/c hella AP classes), 2070 on the SAT (and I think I sent in a few subject tests that were 700+ but I’m not sure). Wrote Paideia essay on the application of mathematic and scientific principles/theorems to television and film.

Anyone know when we’ll find out about financial aid?
I contacted the financial office and was told the financial aid information would be released sometime next week. My assumption is that they’re still deliberating because they don’t know what the yield is going to be. That important bit of information typically determines where funds are allocated.

Be sure when you are checking the status on your package that you have created your account and entered the right reference code (adaccept) and exact zip code. I didn’t enter the zip code extension so it didn’t show up for me the first time I checked.

Ah, yes. Forgot to mention part of the sought after information: I received a box earlier today between the hours of 10 a.m.—12 p.m.; location: (Northern California/Silicon Valley) Redwood City, CA, USA. My housemate/friend walked into my classroom (after the class had just concluded for the day) and handed the box to me with a smile and a hug lol
