So is it the one with high wbc count or low wbc count that has (or is it ‘likely to get’) a fever?

Was the alpine question part of the E or common section? Also, there was a question about mutations (I forget whether it was common or M). It was which of these is not a mutation, and the options were substitution of a base pair, deletion of a DNA triplet, and something with posttranscriptional DNA. What was the answer to that one?
im pretty sure it was the posttranscription *RNA, not DNA. I just looked it up and it seems as if all the others are mutations making the alst one the correct one (I chose that answer as well)
