i really hope so. On the 26th, if i get a 36 on english, it was corn. If i get a 35, then it was corn stalks :D

@accordingtome if anything, it shouldnt of been added because it was at the end of the paragraph rather than the beginning, but i’m confident was appropriate. It wasn’t off topic, it was an example of how hitchcock hid himself in a film, which that paragraph discussed.

The quote was too long. and the focus wasn’t on HOW hitchcock designed these movies, etc. It was about how the audiences perceived his work and such

what do yall think the reading curve will be? (i think i missed 3 or 4 or 5, most likely 4?) and is there anymore debate about corn vs. corn stalks?

@scsience And also, if you remember correctly, on the difficulty hitchcock experienced in attempting to hide himself in those films. An example of hitchcock as a cameo in 1 of his films is a perfect example to include in that paragraph.

It was definitely corn - I would know since I spent a good 5 minutes on that question. Also,
I said the example should be put it because it was relevant and the reasons for no were not as strong as the reasons for yes.

Thanks. 10char

@akshayp29 I completely agree, it was relevant and should’ve been included. I knew people would be thrown off just because of the length. ;)

Not to sound conceited or anything, but on all of the practice tests I’ve taken, I always get the “should this be inserted” questions right. But, like I said, I don’t mean to be egocentric.

So we are all agreed that the sentence said “corn” and the sentence should’ve been changed to “is”?

what was the whole sentence? i can’t even remember this problem

What was the patients one? I forgot if it was patient’s or patients’

what were the answers to those 2 questions where they asked which one would NOT be acceptable? one had the choices like ,while ,yet ,though and the other one had like improve foster and something else…

for the foster, improve, yaddah yaddah, I believe the answer was raise or something.

It was raise. That was the answer.

and it was while for the other one, i changed that at the LAST minute @jd989898

What was the “while” question?

it was not yet or bu or still or though: the only wrong one was while which is therefore the answer. also for the question about -x^5 i know it was same domain but was the answer C or E b/c i cant remember what i wrote down

@syndekit The answer was “patient’s” because it was singular. There was “a” before the underlined term, making it singular.

The alleles question on the science section seemed pretty unfair to me. I took AP Bio last year so I didn’t even look at the passage for the first 4 or 5 questions but I went back to the passage to make sure I was right and the passage didn’t really give any of the information that you needed. There was a question about phenotype and I’m pretty sure the passage didn’t even explain what that word meant.
