Thank you, when do you receive it? immediately after submission or very recently?

I received it like a day or two after! check your promotions or spam folder in your email if you don’t see it!

GPA 3.75
SAT 1480
Community college honors student
Physics and math major (applied for physics)
I work two jobs, a local hardware store and I’m a lab assistant for a Princeton university lab. I also tutor math for first year students taking calculus. I did a NASA program over the summer for CC students.

I applied for the fall and got rejected so fingers crossed for this semester! Good luck guys

great college stats… what are your high school stats?

Not the best. 3.2gpa but I did a vocational program getting a certificate in criminalistics and had a 4.0 with that. It’s been two and a half years since highschool so I’m hoping they don’t weight that heavily

think you have a great shot, what’s your major?

I’m a physics major, I spoke with admissions a while ago and they said the fall semester had more competition (for physics) then spring so I figured it was worth reapplying.

I wonder if admission rates are higher for spring transfer in general

may depend on available space

That’s what I am curious about as well. I applied for the Fall also with a 3.7 GPA but this was down as it included a high school course for college credit that I got a D+ on. I’ve gotten all A’s in real college courses and am at a 3.87 with 60 credits. My one worry is that some schools have a lower acceptance rate for the Spring which could prove harmful. Fingers crossed and good luck to you.

i’m a current college sophomore. applied to transfer to cornell for spring 22 to AAP (for the b.arch degree). i called them today and they said that they would release decisions by early december. did anyone else apply to aap??? do y’all think they’re really going to release decisions by early december instead of mid november like no the website.

I think its by early december meaning that all decisions will be out by then. I think they start dececions in mid november and then release them in waves through early december. Based on previous years personally I think decisions will start next tuesday (the 16th). Because monday the 15th is the last day to submit documents, and past years they have done them on tuesdays. Then I think they will be released in waves every tuesday. This is all speculation based on previous years, and so I don’t know anything for sure.

How many things do you guys have in your financial aid checklist?

I have 4 things on my to do list: Parent w2, noncustodial parent w2, FASFA, and transcript. I already submitted my fasfa and CSS profile and all four listed have the status of initiated on my Cornell “to-do list” so I am assuming im just waiting on the financial aid department.

pardon my ignorance here, but where is the financial aid checklist?
on the portal?

Just put the link in, let me know if this works

Thank you.
went into the portal and opened the financial aid website…
looks like everything is there, but sent some of it after the time deadline

are other ppl seeing options for enrollment, transfer credit, etc?
