Did anyone else who got accepted didn’t have a major mentioned in their decision even though they put one down?
My daughters acceptance was to the Watson School of Engineering but it didn’t say for Computer Science until she committed.
has anyone heard of any rejections? Ive heard only one, just lots of deferred and accepted

Does anyone know the stats for people who get accepted after being deferred?
i personally know three people that have been rejected so i’m sure there’s many others
I think it all depends on how many people apply rd to your program and such and just how you compare to them.
She loves the spirit of Ohio for sure. Not only does she love the spirit, but they have great academics, a great alumni association, and provides students with amazing opportunities. Her older sister went to OSU and LOVED it. All good things!
Me too. I heard of many deferrals and a few rejections. Could be many more, people just won’t talk about the rejections.
do you think the last 2 waves are going to be mainly rejections or does it seem like this week the waves are for those who didn’t submit test scores?

Still haven’t heard! I’ve felt pretty confident but I’m not sure after considering how they’re releasing decisions and if there may be limited acceptances left.
I know a lot people who didn’t submit test scores and got in.

Can you elaborate on this? I too applied to Watson for Engineering-Computer. I was accepted (like everyone else, to Watson, but no mention of major) but still waiting to hear from many other schools so won’t be accepting for a while. Can you let me know what happens when you accept? Thank you so much!
That is good news! My son is five for five for other schools he applied to without scores, but nervous about Bing so thanks for that news.
I’m thinking that they will announce decisions tonight, given the date and that it’s a Tuesday (just a guess). Best of luck to everyone who’s waiting…

I’m the exact same and applied to Harpur as well but with hearing all the acceptances and deferrals already I’m beginning to think their are limited spots left. I also am not sure if my major is super popular yet at bing (pharmacy) so I don’t know if my chances of getting in are slim or not

Sounds like a great fit for bing but it can be hard to tell during covid times, and sometimes their deferrals make no sense but best of luck Im sure you will get in!
