Daughter accepted with a scholarship, but when you click on the link for the scholarship letter, it just says “Dear _____,” and the rest is blank. Anyone else having that issue?

My D got her acceptance and a letter that says ‘you earned a scholarship, click here’. Clicking takes her to a blank letter. Anyone else?
In addition, in the admit letter, there is a note about how her essay “rose above the others”. Anyone with similar experiences?
