sorry. about 16,000.
it is both. undergrad and grad :-)

I also got rejected. I ckecked right after I heard that dreamingofdreams got rejected. I guess everybody should know if they've been accepted or rejected.

I am sorry =(
I am still waiting on a decision. I have little hope on gettin in, now. :-(

dreamingofdreams, lil weezy: what were your scores?

My daughter is still waiting (she's applying as an incoming freshman). The status page says her application is under review.

that what mine says.

My guess is your eligibility index (based on gpa and SAT) will get you in. Good luck.

I don't know about that.
The thing is, I had an incomplete application. I think that brought me down.. :-(

My daughter also got an email about a problem with her application. They were not going to accept her foreign language as the one she took wasn't taught at her high school. She took it as independent study. We spoke with someone in the admissions office who told us how to correct her application so it would go through. I'm sure that delayed consideration.

She just found out yesterday she got into Long Beach State.

I had a problem with my art course. I only had half a unit and I needed a whole credit. For that, I had to change my schedule to add another Art course, which my school could not fit into a schedule. But eventually it worked out.

I visited Long Beach this summer. Very nice school!!! :-)

did u already sent them your transcripts to check the classes?

oh ok 16000 makes more sense..
i saw the amount of students applying to UCB and UCLA was 40000 and i was like it didnt make sense..

yeah. everything was sent. my school even sent my 1st semester grades.
but the thing is, they only look at the application, not transcripts. they look at transcripts only when you get in at the end. which is like june :-)

my stats (low, but i've known ppl with lower that got admitted)

GPA: 3.16
SAT: 1070

took three honors, four ap courses, some ECs/volunteer, some work experience.

I am sorry.

Was that your #1 choice?

I have nothing yet. Still being reviewed.. :-(

My stats
3.15 GPA
1120 SAT (CR: 530, M: 590)
took one AP course.

lil weezy

that's not that low, is it?

man, they are very selective now :-((

I just checked today and I also got rejected.

I have a 3.5, 1240 on my SATs and a 26 for the ACT.

if sdsu were your #1 choces, what schools were your back up plans??

kimberlyn, did you take the required courses for SDSU? Did you get a 3.5 gpa for academic courses? You have to take courses like PE out when figuring gpa.

Did SDSU see your SAT scores? 800 X 3.5 = 2800 + 1240 SAT score = 4040.

If the school used your ACT score, the formula is 2 X your gpa( 3.5)+ 10 X your ACT (26) which = 960 and you are in.

You should be in. I would contact the school if your info is right and you want to go to SDSU.

SDSU saw my SAT scores.

I go to a private school where taking more than the requirements for CSU schools is required in order to graduate. I've taken 6 years (4 year long classes including AP, and 3 other semester English classes), 4 years math....

3.5 GPA does not include PE...

I don't think I'm going to contact SD about the admissions decision I received.

kimberlyn, good luck with the rest of the colleges you applied to.
