U Penn fashion?

I think Urban Outfitter sums up the style. The preppy thing is being exaggerated in my opinion...but judging by the PENN 2010 myspace it looks like a lot of preps.

I don't have money for that **** haha. Old Navy all the way!

My wife said that Urban Outfitters would have been very disappointed if my daughter hadn't been accepted to Penn...

I <3 Old Navy

I hear u. I dont spend more than 10 bucks on shirts.

ripped jeans (ex:A&F) : In or Out at UPENN?

seems I'm gonna need to change my whole wardrobe if i get into penn....small price to pay lol,

Ripped jeans from A&F are OUT everywhere.. who likes manufactured pre-ripped jeans..? that are waay to expensive for what they're worth

its a good thing my ripped jeans are from AE whew

i seriously hope no one plans on changing their style when they get to penn to fit in with anyone... if you do, please dont befriend me. i dislike people who cant decide for themselves.

i agree with aj.

if you change your style just to fit in, then you obviously either:
a) don't have any semblance of an idea of who you really are
b) are an incredibly materialistic and shallow person
or
c) are just incredibly insecure in your ability to make friends without impressing them with your "cool" style (which in other words is just becoming a walking mirror of everyone else).

and just a hint for those of you to which 'c' applies....if the people who you're trying to befriend don't like you because of your clothes, then you probably shouldn't even want them as friends.

i thought this was a lesson we all learned in middle school, but apparently not.

PFT! Why would you change your style to fit!

The REAL goal is to set the style. If anyone wants to help me dominate the Penn fashion scene, I'm game.

Oh, no?

Oh, ok.

hm.

Hahahah
10

Hmm, this is scaring me because I am pretty much the anti - preppy girl. I dress in band shirts, eyeliner, jeans, and more like the delias/wet seal clothing. I love those stores! I hesitate to spend a lot of money on clothes too, but I like wearing unique things. I'm definitely not preppy though. Hmm....

Well, whatever, I'm not changing my style for Penn :) If I get in, that is....

^ as long as you dont shop at places like hot topic, you rule.

and yea, i wear like $5 russel t-shirts and cargo pants all the time.

real hip.

ummmm

hot topic's awesome

haha, this thread is funny to me because I didn't think CC kids would be so into fashion and clothes.

well, u still gotta look good while you sit in front of the computer for half the day, right?

Really? The smart kids at my school wear the nicest clothing. Personally, I have like 20 polos and 10 sweaters.

^whoaaa i def don't have half as many sweaters and polos as you. damn it i've been wearing a school uniform for TOO long... well at least i can do some mad shopping once i retire the ol' kilt in june :)

hot topic is the bane of my existence.

right up there with abercrombie and fitch.

so worthless.

i don't own anything from abercrombie and never will
