If I recall correctly from last time, the unofficial transcripts loaded in batches, just like the letters arrived in batches. So if your transcript didn’t load, don’t worry…especially since it’s so early.

I hope this early change for a few of us means UW is ahead of schedule, and we’ll start getting official letters sooner than expected. Although that’s just me getting extremely hopeful.

They said they had about 1/3 of transfer decisions mailed in May of last year. If they are ahead or behind schedule, I’m sure they will address this in their Spring 14 update that is due soon.

March felt like it will never pass but now we are almost there guys… Cannot explain why I’m so impatient!! The results are gonna come out anyway though… I mean it’s not like they are not gonna tell us the results… :((

No letter yet but UW has requested some financial aid documents from me. So I think we should expect the first round of letters to arrive very soon.

Well, May is just around the corner and I still don’t have an unofficial transcript. It’s making me feel like I wasn’t accepted. I applied to UW Bothell and I am supposed to receive a letter within the week. Is it possible to be accepted even if your transcript doesn’t load?

Your transcript will load eventually if you are accepted, but yes, I’ve read about lots of people on here who get their letter in the mail before their transcript loads.

Yeah, the deadlines for UW Bothell and Tacoma are different than Seattle, which is officially June-July. But if you applied for Bothell or Tacoma, you should still have a transcript load if you’re admitted as far as I know.

One more tip I have for UW Seattle people is, check out your Financial Aid Status on MyUW. If UW has requested any documents from you (which you can check under ‘document status’), then it means you are most likely accepted.

I am sure that UW Seattle applicants will start getting letters soon…my transcript changed, and even if that doesn’t mean anything, micylt had the standard unofficial transcript loading that was unaffected by previous enrollment at the UW. Usually after the first unofficial transcripts load, letters start arriving within days afterwards, but normally they do not load before May. So it might be a bit longer than that for this first round of people who are accepted.

In any case, the results always come out in batches, so people’s unofficial transcripts will change and letters will keep arriving from (probably) May until July.

I am currently a sophomore at CU-Boulder. I wanna transfer to UW in autumn 2014 (BA major). I am an international student and my gpa is 3.60(spring 2013) will probably 3.69 after this semester. I have a short question and I hope someone can give me some ideas.

Two days ago, I received two messages from foster academic advisor, she asked me a few question relative to my courses. Does it mean anything? My unofficial transcript page is nothing…

I love Seattle. I been their once for taking their business school WSA test. I really hope i can study at Seattle…

@candela2 Wow congratulations!! ur the one who said ur unofficial transcript was updated very recently huh? Wow haha I heard one of my colleague already got her’s too! Did u send ur application early or something?? Wow Good luck with ur studies man!!

@amyd01, Thank you very much! Yes, I am the non-matriculated student whose transcript updated to show high school results over the weekend. I sent in my application a day before the deadline, but I don’t think the order you send in your application is too relevant.

The results will come out in batches, so some people from this batch (whose transcripts have probably already loaded) might get their letter today or some time this week, and another batch will probably come out in a week or two (this was what I remember from reading the threads from Winter 2014 and Autumn 2013). In total there might be around 4 batches, separated by nearly 2 months. So if your transcript hasn’t loaded yet, there’s still tons of time left.

Good luck everyone!

Edit to add: I didn’t get an acceptance email. I believe only students living overseas get an acceptance email. Hope this helps :)

@candela2 When I click the link to look at my specific application, it says “We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made on your application . . . . This message will not change unless additional information is required or until a final admission decision is made.” Does that change into something different when you are able to get your unofficial transcript to load? Congrats on the admission by the way.
