Haha....just avoid the pre-meds and you won't meet him. They're a special bunch...an even though I was also pre-med...I avoided seeing them outside of class at all costs :-)

I hope I can get in and check at 5pm. The server is probably going to be majorly bogged down.

Transfers will be able to receive their decision on the application service site. ED applicants will be directed to a special site that has a server to handle the load.

yeah, I've been rejected too.

oh wells, congrats to the other people though!

stm, spartan and travelbook, to which schools?

denied, CALS-AEM, good luck everyone else

Transferstudent, I applied ILR. Hermanns, I wouldn't worry about the dates too much since ILR doesn't get many applicants I wouldn't think it would be more than like a day or two difference in when you hear back. (not counting this weekend)

I applied to CAS-Government

Rejected and couldn't be happier. I did some soul searching before this decision. And really made a conscious decision to commit to my home here at CSU. Thanks for all your help guys, and good luck to those of you who haven't heard.

No news here yet for dd. Her online status hasn't changed. She's fine, I'm trying not to pace! Maybe we'll find out tomorrow. Or next week.

Congrats to those in. Condolences to those looking at other options now.

HopingFor, I'm impressed! You are inspiring...

Whoa, are you guys serious that there are already decisions? Are you guys getting a phone call or is it on your self-service? I just anxiously and fearfully checked mine, and it's still the same.

Hoping for, by CSU, do you mean Chicago State Univ?

lol, sorry, the answers to my questions were already answered by you guys if I just took the time to read carefully. But when I saw the decisions you guys were posting, my mind just started racing and trying to comprehend that the time is soon. Congratulations to everyone for even just completing the process. It was/is tough.

Accepted to ILR!!!

Hey, what does it say exactly on the site if you get accepted or rejected. Does it show right when you log in or is there a "See Decision" button?

ACCEPTED! This is one of the happiest moments of my life(so far). The only thing that trumps this event is getting accepted to medical school.

OMG. I can't believe this.

zakaqel, what school?

Arts and Sciences

You click on "Check application status", then click on the "Check your decision" link. For me it came up with a few pictures (building, lake, people smiling) with "Congratulations" written in huge font just under it. Then there are a few paragraphs about getting accepted and what will happen in the next few days in terms of housing, financial aid, and dining. I am so excited right now!

zakaqel, are you a junior?

No. I am a sophomore chemistry major.

Well this just makes me nervous since i'm a sophomore chemistry major too.
