<p>^ Not exactly. Even if they did stop giving out the national scholarships today (which I doubt) you can still qualify for the state scholarships, which are usually around 10k. State scholarships are announced later (national and state have the same app).</p>

<p>I’m from NY, so yes. I never really had the chance to attend school in FL, although I lived there for a brief period of time. But that’s still the East Coast.</p>

<p>Don’t lose hope. I don’t know whether or not they are still announcing the scholars, but it is a possibility. Keep in mind that it’s the weekend. And yes, I got the email and phone call on the same day. Last year this was done after the posted the results up online. </p>
<p>The state scholars should be announced like 2-3 weeks later (at least that’s how it was like last year). Those scholarships usually range from 5-10k.</p>
<p>I did not ask when they would be posted up on the website; I’ll try to ask on Monday if I can get home early.</p>

<p>I logged on to my online application and I saw that my application is now accessible again for editing. There is now a deadline for April 11th. Can I reapply? Has that happened to anyone else? When will state scholars be announced?</p>
