Missing Financial Aid Documents

hmmm on a second thought maybe I did “start” the FA app. I don’t remember. Maybe I accidentally clicked on of the tabs on the side with “start your FA app”

I really don’t know, but do’nt want to destroy your hopes…sorry…

ARe there anyone besides Glenny who didn’t even touch their app and still got an email?

I have a friend who got this email yesterday morning. I got mine tonight. They could be processing them groups at a time, so some might not yet be delivered.

I wonder why colleges do this. Is it really so hard to wait a few days to ask for Fin Aid forms? Aren’t they closed right after decisions anyway? They can’t possibly want them in the next couple of days.

True, didn’t think of that FightTheTide11. Considering decisions are out next week.

Wait, so what is the general consensus?

Remember guys that there are tomorrows. You guys can get yours tomorrow, plus THESE EMAILS ARE NOT ACCEPTANCES. They’re only signs

@heinochus - considering the influx of RD stuff they will be wading through shortly, they are on a time crunch to get estimates back for EA acceptees - so I guess that’s why they can’t wait, although it is obnoxious =/

Maybe it is by region. Is there anyone in the northern virginia/maryland region who has received their email?

I am in Florida and I have received the missing information emails.

I got one and live in Chicago.

CA- got it

Are you guys just getting one email, or have you received multiple emails?

One e-mail

Can somebody link me to previous posts where applicants found a correlation with this e-mail to acceptance? I’m so nervous.

Chicago too. Last name starts with “A” if that helps mull the anxiety over…

Look at phuriku’s post as well as Notsomuch’s.

^Good point.

That’s a downer.

I have gotten multiple emails asking for different things. Wierd. But after reading that post, it’s like I figured. Admissions and financial aid are probaly completely independent of one another and this has no bearing on our admission decision. Nonetheless, I hope this is a sign of things to come in my future-meaning next week.

oh.

This seems to pretty much settle it.
