<p>I was checking the status of my engineering application and the “Admission Decision Email Sent” column says 07/18/2013. Did you get your decision by email? I don’t know what the title of that column says “Email”. I thought it was supposed to be Mail</p>

<p>I got the acceptance email for the engineering department, however I don’t know if I should already be celebrating, as I have NOT heard back from general admissions. Is the acceptance email from the department, a guarantee that the general admissions will accept me? or do I still have a chance of not making it in?</p>
<p>There is a slight chance, but most likely you are in. Check your transcript.</p>

<p>the computer engineering department told me they will most likely send decision emails tomorrow(july 19th).</p>
<p>I, along with two other friends, received an email this morning from the EE department offering admission. However, I have yet to hear about general admission. It seems that in the past, the university sends out their decision letters within three or four days, but I am hoping tomorrow will be the day…</p>
<p>Also, sorry for the double post, but I discovered that my unofficial transcript loaded some time between 8:00pm and 11:30pm this evening! Talk about a long journey…</p>
<p>What time did you get the acceptance from the engineering department. If computer engineering will announce the decision tomorrow, it’s probably the same with computer science.</p>

<p>I got my New Student Enrollment Confirmation packet yesterday. It confirmed that I have been accepted to the university and explained that I will receive my official admission letter soon–I suspect tomorrow.</p>

<p>@rockyuw I haven’t received any e-mails from the department or from the university. The only e-mail I got was that one e-mail about when should I submit my department application and When will the application gonna be available.</p>

<p>Just got an email today from the CEE department. They say all engineering departments should send out their admission notifications by Friday, July 26th!!!</p>
<p>To those who got accepted, what exactly did you get in the packet that came in the mail? I will be out of town for a couple weeks and I sure don’t want to miss anything if I get accepted, and start the registration process and such asap as I bet most classes are already filled.</p>
