<p>well, I don’t know about you guys, but I haven’t heard ANYTHING. </p>
<p>Nothing here either. I have read in other discussions here that a couple of the UCs have started tapping into their waitlists. Interestingly, a number of the new admits are cancelling their SIRs to UCSD! </p>

<p>@bestparent Yeah, Berkeley has had two waves of waitlist admissions. </p>
<p>@emilyboss I know that a few of us on the Berkeley waitlist may possibly decide to cancel to UCSD if accepted…</p>

<p>@bestparent and @emilyboss, my daughter SIR’d to UCSD. But her first choice is UCLA, where she is waitlisted. If everyone on the LA thread is being truthful, then they started accepting students from their waitlist a few days before SIR day. I think it’s been 3 UCLA waves so far. By our calculations, the next wave will be Sunday. They give you exactly 3 days to respond. Going by last year’s posts, waves seem to go until about Mid-May. We’re still waiting and hoping, but if my daughter does get into UCLA, she would cancel her enrollment at UCSD. And there are a couple others on the UCLA thread that are in the exact same position with UCSD/UCLA. So there is still hope for us all!

<p>it looks like the decisions came out around Mid-May past years. So we should be receiving decisions next week.</p>
