<p>Saw that someone was accepted as a transfer EE -my heart skipped a beat as I envisioned seeing “accepted” after I checked my status -still under review. Hope some decisions start rolling soon I have to plan a move somewhere! Perhaps as some cockrell students are seeing decisions more will roll in tomorrow?</p>

<p>It seems that liberal arts, engineering, and natural sciences have notified some of their transfer applicants. McCombs and Communications are taking longer as usual.</p>
<p>@Inmotion, definitely knocking out the stronger candidates first.</p>

3.97 GPA from a CC 60+ credits
It probably comes out just this morning cuz I checked like every hour last night.</p>
<p>woosubb: CONGRATS. Did you have any Extracurricular activities, recommendations, anything else like that? Or just a high GPA? And did you finish all the indicator courses? I applied to McCombs as well from a CC, but with Cal and Econ 2 in progress.</p>

Stats: I listed some activities during PTK time, regular member though. lifetime member of a national foreign language society. some scholarships in my CC. also mentioned teaching Vietnamese at a local church every Sat. 2 part time jobs. came to the U.S. 3 and 1/2 years ago. thats pretty much it!</p>
<p>and i finished indicator courses last Fall 10. </p>

<p>“That’s pretty much it.” That all sounds pretty amazing to me haha. An almost perfect GPA with 2 part time jobs and a lot of volunteer work is pretty intimidating. Most of my stuff was from high school. Congratulations again though!</p>
